BIANCA SAPARA-GRANT
My name is Bianca, and I am an education consultant.
My consultancy optimises environments for children to thrive by:
- Helping schools create a genuinely inclusive and celebratory curriculum through teacher training.
- Creating strategies for supporting schools to develop meaningful parental engagement.
- Coaching young people to support their resilience and wellbeing.
- Working in partnership with local authorities, social care, schools and charities to help parents use 'good enough' parenting strategies as well as learn to manage their own mental health and wellbeing.

ELISABETTA
Elisabetta is an experienced Early Years Consultant, Teacher, and Educational Trainer specialising in child development, inclusive education, and holistic support for young children, families, and early years professionals.
She delivers tailored support through parent workshops, consultancy for nurseries and preschools, 1:1 sessions, professional training programmes, and on-site visits to improve learning environments and outcomes.
With many years’ experience in an Infant School and private practice as a Social Pedagogical Consultant, Elisabetta has worked as a classroom teacher, preschool leader, project coordinator, and SEND educator, with particular expertise in supporting children with Autism and Angelman syndromes.
Holding a degree in Social Pedagogy and advanced training in counselling, psychotherapy, CBT, relationship psychology, and life coaching, her work is grounded in a holistic, relationship-centered approach to emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and communication. She continues to develop her practice through specialist training, including Makaton and therapeutic pedagogical techniques.
Passionate about inclusive, nurturing environments, Elisabetta combines evidence-based practice with empathy and creativity to support every child to thrive.
