An education that promotes the racial identity of all children is in the interest of society.
Making classroom spaces welcoming, inclusive, safe and caring for all children is the foundation for the formation of healthy Identities in all children.
This means celebrating and embracing the diverse heritages of children, which creates a positive acceptance of themselves as well as a feeling of belonging and connection to their school and community.

Positive racial identity gives children self-confidence and positive core beliefs in who they are and their place in the world. This matters to making a healthier society for all.
My consultation will support teachers in making classrooms and schools culturally responsive, a place of belonging, and a foundation for cultivating and nurturing self-confidence and self-belief.
The training is for school teachers, school staff, and people who work with children.
The training covers five topics that are segmented into modules. These are:
